Smart Jett RX uses 5000x2 Pixel Bi-Chromatic CCD colour camera which is known for its grander performance in grain colour sorting. These cameras scrutinizes discoloured area which is less than 0.02 mm. Along with our signal processing algorithm, this camera identifies even the smallest colour differences and dots.This feature is applicable for beans and nuts as well.
To ensure precise sorting, Smart RX colour sorters are equipped with Advance Optical Sorting rooms made with special high speed ejectors &high speed vision control arithmetic’s. Also communicationprotocol ensures high sorting index.
To improve the sorting efficiency wide channels have been used for product input. This along with high speed digital processing technology guarantees that the sorting quality is exceptional.
You can operate the Smart RX in a very relaxed and convenient way. The touch screen will be luminous with TFT LCD and the interface has been made comfy. The menus have been kept petite and operating the touch screen it is user friendly.
For removing defects Smart RX uses high sensitive and special computerisation system which ensures that the sorting is at the best.
